In-house production
Our own foundation systems and steel structures.
We manufacture the foundation and mounting systems for battery parks, PCS and PV structures — from the 3D model to the finished steel structure installed on site, including under foreign legislation.
Foundation systems
Four systems — for every type of load.
Every configuration starts with a 3D model and structural sizing before the finished elements are produced and installed on site.

Flat foundation
A standardised slab foundation system for containerised battery modules.
Own development

F1
A modular pyramidal support structure for equipment and modules — fast installation with no wet works on site.
Own development

F2
A variant of the pyramidal support structure for different load types and soil conditions.
Own development

Oil-containment basins
A foundation system with an integrated oil-containment basin for PCS and transformer equipment.
Own development
Mounting configurations
By container length and by number of modules per row.
Matched to the available space and the investor’s site-density requirements — 5 configurations, 100 % in-house design and production.

20 ft container
Foundation and mounting configuration for a 20 ft transformer / PCS container.

40 ft container
Foundation and mounting configuration for a 40 ft transformer / PCS container.

Single
A stand-alone foundation for one battery container in its own row.

Double and quad
A combined foundation for two adjacent containers in a parallel row, or for four containers in a compact block.
Steel structures
Gantries, supports, trays and masts — from our own workshop.
We fabricate profile and sheet-steel structures for outdoor switchyards: gantries and equipment supports, cable trays and ducts, lightning and lighting masts, mounting structures for PV modules. Hot-dip galvanised, with welding quality control to ISO 3834-2 and independent supervision by TÜV NORD and TÜV Rheinland.
Every battery park we have built stands on foundations of our own production. That gives us control over quality, schedule and cost, and lets us quickly adapt the structure to each project — including to the requirements of foreign legislation, as on the Isalnita project in Romania.
